Claims Consultant – Motor

Having experienced strong growth to date, we have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated Claims Consultant to join our team, specialising in commercial motor claims. Prior insurance experience is not essential for this role, however customer service experience would be advantageous. Under the guidance of a mentor, you will be working with an experienced fresh-thinking team and gain exposure to a wide range of clients.

Helping our business grow and succeed in a challenging and changing environment, you’ll be responsible for:

• managing claims in accordance with best practice and within your delegated authority,
• developing and maintaining customer relationships and customer expectations,
• developing and maintaining internal and external partnerships,
• identifying opportunities for process improvement.
