At Ando, we’re taking a fresh approach to the way insurance works in New Zealand.

Due to our Claims team rapidly growing, we’re looking for a highly motivated Motor or Property Claims Consultant with excellent relationship and people skills to join our team remotely.

At least 2 – 3 years insurance experience is essential for this role, with recent claims experience preferred. Ideally, you’ll be comfortable negotiating with both internal and external stakeholders, along with an ability to communicate complex information, both verbally and written.

Helping our business grow and succeed in a challenging and changing environment, you’ll be responsible for:

• Managing claims in accordance with best practice and within your delegated authority;
• Developing and maintaining customer relationships and customer expectations;
• Developing and maintaining internal and external partnerships;
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement.
