Claims Consultant

At Ando, we’re taking a fresh approach to the way insurance works in New Zealand.

Having experienced strong growth to date, we’re looking for a highly motivated professional with excellent relationship and people skills to take on the role of Claims Consultant.

Ideally, you’ll have at least three years’ experience in claims, with strong technical knowledge and extensive PMV and CMV claims experience. You’ll be comfortable negotiating with both internal and external stakeholders, along with an ability to communicate complex information, both verbally and written.

Helping our business grow and succeed in a challenging and changing environment, you’ll be responsible for:

• Managing claims in accordance with best practice and within your delegated authority;
• Developing and maintaining customer relationships and customer expectations;
• Developing and maintaining internal and external partnerships;
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement.
