As a result of an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated Claims Consultant to join our Motor Claims team. You’ll have at least 2 – 3 years insurance experience with recent claims experience preferred. You will be working with our high-performing and fresh-thinking motor team, gaining exposure to a wide range of clients.

Helping our business grow and succeed in a challenging and changing environment, you’ll be responsible for:

• managing claims in accordance with best practice and within your delegated authority.
• developing and maintaining customer relationships and customer expectations.
• developing and maintaining internal and external partnerships.
• identifying opportunities for process improvement.
