At Ando, we’re taking a fresh approach to the way insurance works in New Zealand.

We’re growing rapidly and are now looking for a highly motivated professional with excellent relationship and people skills to take on the role of Claims Consultant. While our preference for this role is to be based in Auckland, we are open to remote working.

Ideally, you’ll have at least three years’ experience in business as usual property claims, with strong technical knowledge. Commercial property claims experience would be beneficial for this role. You’ll be comfortable negotiating with both internal and external stakeholders, along with an ability to communicate complex information, both verbally and written.

Helping our business grow and succeed in a challenging and changing environment, you’ll be responsible for:

• Managing claims in accordance with best practice and within your delegated authority;
• Developing and maintaining customer relationships and customer expectations;
• Developing and maintaining internal and external partnerships;
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement.
