We’re growing rapidly and are looking for a highly motivated professional to take on the newly created role of Salesforce Lead Engineer.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional solutions and outcomes for end customers. You will have prior experience implementing and architecting Salesforce solutions at scale in enterprise level organisations. While not essential, insurance or financial industries knowledge is preferred.

Helping our business grow and succeed in an evolving digital environment, you will:

• Lead the design and implementation of innovative digital solutions on our Salesforce platform
• Work to make sure that we build software of the highest quality, ensuring best development and QA practices are followed
• Champion technology awareness, innovation and adoption
• Contribute to the development of technology roadmaps

This role will give you the opportunity to challenge and develop your technical skills in an environment that encourages flexibility and innovation.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• 5 years+ of experience of Salesforce application development, including integration with external systems (including MuleSoft ideally)
• Proficiency with Apex Classes and Triggers, as well as test classes
• Custom UI design, development and implementation, including Visualforce pages, Lightning web components and Communities Portals
• Ability to write, interpret, and critique technical specifications
• Experience in HTML/CSS/Javascript development desirable
• Demonstrable experience with the software development life cycle
• Strong team, inter-personal and communication skills in an Agile environment
• Salesforce Developer Certification preferred
