Pleasurecraft insurance – MS Amlin’s Fair Conduct Programme
Our Pleasurecraft insurance is provided by certain underwriters at Lloyd’s, led by managing agent MS Amlin Underwriting Limited, Syndicate 2001. MS Amlin has designed and adopted a fair conduct programme that allows oversight across the requirements of the fair conduct principle introduced by the Financial Markets (Conduct of Institutions) Amendment Act 2022. This ensures that the delivery of good customer outcomes is central to the business strategy of its coverholders.
